Service Learning
All Green Tech High students will be required to complete 100 hours of service learning prior to graduating from high school.

Service-learning is a method of teaching, learning and reflecting that combines academic classroom curriculum with meaningful youth service, throughout the community.

Service learning will be used to integrate meaningful community service with instruction and reflection to enrich the learning experience, teach civic responsibility, encourage lifelong civic engagement, and the strengthening of the community of Albany for the common good.
